Sori Yanagi Cast Iron Grill Pan
Simple. Elegant. Functional. Timeless. All of these words can be used to describe the designs of Sori Yanagi and this cast iron pan is no exception. The extra thick cast iron pot radiates and retains heat evenly for a thorough cook. The raised ridges upon the surface of the pan allows for a proper grill imparting grilling marks seared on meat fish and vegetables while allowing any additional grease to pool below. The final taste is remarkable and comparable to cooking over an open flame. The removable handle firmly grasps the lid for removal while cooking.
