Sourcing heirloom cacao beans from small ranches in Mexico and Latin America, particularly in Pichucalco, Chiapas, each bar begins with just two ingredients: heirloom cacao beans and organic cane sugar. During production, they incorporate additional natural ingredients while avoiding emulsifiers, artificial flavorings, or preservatives. Collaborating with artists for limited editions, Casa Bosques transforms chocolate into edible art, ensuring each bite is a journey of flavor and craftsmanship.
