Produced in Tokyo since 1907 using a production method that has remained unchanged these high-quality scrub brushes are perfect for an assortment of daily chores. Durable and biodegradable, these palm-fibre brushes are a Japanese household staple: the stiff bristles are perfect for cleaning cutting boards and scrubbing dishes, pans or vegetables without damaging the surface. 

Kamenoko means small turtle and tawashi means scrubber - this is in reference to its shape and it's connection to water and longevity.
