Shipping Information
Canadian Orders:
- UPS Standard: 3–5 business days
- UPS Express Saver: 2–3 business days
US Orders (Lower 48 States Only):
- UPS Standard: 3–6 business days
- UPS Express Saver: 2–3 business days
- DHL Express: 1–2 business days
International Orders:
We ship to many European countries. If your location isn’t available at checkout, contact us at service@oldfaithfulshop.com, and we’ll assist. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.
Local Delivery with Trexity:
We offer Next-Day Local Delivery via Trexity, 7 days a week, across Metro Vancouver.
- Orders are delivered the next day (including weekends).
- PIN Delivery: A 4-digit PIN will be sent to the customer when the order is ready to ship. This PIN must be presented to the courier upon delivery.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package. A work address is recommended if you're unsure.
- Customers get real-time tracking, SMS notifications, and proof of delivery.
- Rejected or undelivered items will incur a $15 restocking fee.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1–2 business days.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
We offer convenient store pickup for items purchased online at our Vancouver locations.
How It Works:
- Items purchased through our online store can be ready for pickup within 24 hours.
- You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready to collect.
Pickup Locations:
- Gastown: 7 days a week during regular business hours.
- Kitsilano: 7 days a week during regular business hours.
Important Notes:
- Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID for pickup.
- If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf, ensure they have a copy of the order confirmation email.
Pickup Window:
- Orders will be held for 14 days from the date of purchase.
- After 14 days, uncollected orders will be restocked and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

- If you need an extended pickup window, please contact us ahead of time, and we’ll happily arrange it for you.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
To ensure clarity and maintain the integrity of our products, the following items are ineligible for return or exchange:
- Final Sale Items: Items with permanent markdown prices ending in .99, indicating they are discontinued and no longer restocked, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Promotional Items: Items purchased during temporary promotions (e.g., Black Friday or Boxing Day sales) are not final sale unless explicitly stated. These items are eligible for return or exchange under our regular return policy.
- Special Order Items: Items designated as Special Order (those we do not regularly stock but order specifically for you) are non-refundable. Special Order status will be noted online for clarity.
- Food Items: All food items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Plants: Plants are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Used or Damaged Items: Items that are not in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact cannot be returned or exchanged.

To ensure a smooth return process, all returned items must:
- Be in their original packaging.
- Be in resellable condition, unused, and undamaged.
Old Faithful Shop reserves the right to inspect all returns and may reject items that do not meet these criteria. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the quality of our products.
- Exchanges can be processed at either of our store locations, provided the item is returned within our 30-day return policy and is in original condition with its original packaging.
- Our online store currently does not process exchanges. However, items purchased online can be exchanged in-store during your visit.
If a return is rejected due to not meeting our criteria, we will notify you. You can choose to have the product shipped back at a cost of $25 CAD or have it recycled or donated. If we cannot contact you within 14 days, the product will be recycled or donated.
Gift exchanges or store credit are available until January 8th for items purchased as holiday gifts.
We offer price adjustments for orders placed within 7 days prior to a sale. However, during special sales periods, such as our Boxing Week Sale, price adjustments will not be honored. These exceptions will be clearly communicated online, and no exceptions will be made during these specified times.
United States Returns
For US orders, we do not provide return shipping labels; customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
To qualify for a return, submit a request in our Returns Center. Once authorized, include the authorization number in your shipment. Upon receiving and approving the return, we'll issue a refund to the original credit card. Please allow 3-6 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Store Returns
In-store purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with packaging, and proof of purchase is required. Gift receipts are valid for in-store credit or exchange only.
